Before you give me a link to where you have already answered to the question, I want to say: I read all the topics on this problem, I installed the Fix pack and copied it into the Bin file (from the basic Medieval) and everything. Yes, I downloaded Medieval+Pirates&Nobles. Yes, I copied them all into the Bin file from Medieval. But still I'm stuck on the point where I have to give my village a name. I choose a name, click ok, but nothing happens. Could you pls help me with this problem?

I have the 2.0.113.00001 Pirates & Nobles.
So I should have the latest version

Hello,

That's the latest version yes. Are you positive that the crack from the fix is the last thing you copied to the game\bin.

Yes, I'm sure. I put it in the basic Game/Bin file from Medieval but still it won't work

Ok, so I installed the fix pack again and repeted everything it said Error 24576.

Hello,

This is odd. I'd suggest reinstalling the entire game, after uninstalling it with youruninstallerpro (available here).
