Broken face mesh.[SOLVED]

My first post, lol.

Short version :
Tried multiple versions, namely 1.00 (clean install), 1.06, 1.12, and finally 1.36 with ultimate fix. Not using any mods, just plain.
But almost all the time my sims' face look like this (might be disgusting for some to look)

Don't know what to do, tried since yesterday, works as intended only once and i forgot the version (because i was going to install EPs and SPs so i just checked whether it works or not.) Face mesh starts to broke after i installed EPs and SPs. After i scrapped everything and start from scratch it still says broken even for 1.00.

At first i thought it was my graphic card too, but then i remembered that it worked once. I'm still working on it right now, maybe i'm going to borrow my friend's PC just to test install on it.

I'm on it right now.
Btw could it be that i uninstalled incorrectly?

I just remembered that after i discovered broken face mesh, i uninstalled The Sims 3 (but not the EPs and SPs), then i installed it. It doesn't work though, but could it be the cause?

If yes then perhaps there's a directory i am missing to remove and it is carried to subsequent installations. But i've checked my installation directory (D:\Games\) and it's clean. Does The Sims 3 has another directory? Maybe in MyGames or in MyDocuments.

Edited : Does not work, i am at my wit's end. O.o

Well i don't know why but after i updated my graphic card driver, deleted cache in My Documents, and installed The Sims 3 again from scratch it finally worked!!

I guess it's the graphic card, just as you said. The cache was actually deleted if The Sims 3 is uninstalled, lol.
