Sims 3 manual fix problems.[SOLVED] Empty Sims 3 manual fix problems.[SOLVED]

Okay, So I downloaded all of the sims games quite a while ago and used the fix and everything worked great. But I wanted to update the game so i re-installed the ultimate fix and was going about my business until I got to step 11...
11. Now, open the The Sims 3 launcher and navigate to the "Update" -tab. Choose "Refresh". If a new update is shown, install it. Now you should have got the latest version of the game. (RECOMENNED: If you get an “Invalid File” error during the update process or if you have ANY other problems during the update process, use THIS manual patch instead!)
I clicked refresh on the update tab and I got a pop-up saying "i can't connect to origin" So, I did what it said and I downloaded the manual fix and tried that, and I got another pop up...

And i have no idea what that means.
Help?

Please redownload it, the patch didn't download correctly.
