Hello,
I downloaded the Pets expansion and all worked out well but the pets look like this

Problem with The Sims 3 Pets Screen11

Even the pets for adoption look like that. What's wrong?

Hello,

What kind of graphicscard do you have?
Some cards were no longer supported when Pets was released, resulting in this type of graphical error.

More like an EA epic fail. Changing the frekkin' system requirements without making a huge announcement about it.

You can try updating your graphic card's drivers and see if it makes a different.
