I downloaded this; thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=3451493
Via Sourced Code Trick, I even downloaded all the SC used, for it
However, once I put in my game, in a town, I got to check the stuff, and they are all replaced with Non SC,
that really sucks, is it only to me or it's happening to everyone, that the items are replaced...
is there a solution for this or???

Hello,

There's a solution but you're not going to like it.
Here's the problem: The person who made that house has the original store content which is encrypted.
The store updates we have on mediafire have been decrapified which means they're no longer encrypted. So while they are (almost) the same, they are different in such a way that the content is not recognized as being the store content present in the house you downloaded and thus replaced with generic furniture.
What you can do is furnish it yourself, and that's your only option.

Oooor become a game coder in 5 Years,
hack the games deepest files, make everything encrypted,
make game awesome, and enjoy the house.
Too lazy to furnish it myself.
Haha, anyways, thanks for the help, I will try furnishing it myself, I guess....
