The Sims 3 upload fail to site

Hello,
I have a mac and I've been trying to upload a sim to the sims 3 website. I have an account there, where I have a original base game code with expansion packs (with the exceptions of the expansions and stuff packs I got here). So my issue is that every time I go to the launcher and try to upload the sim to the exchange it says she has been uploaded but doesn't show up in my studio. I've tried to upload the sim without CC's, lower the MB of the sim, and checked if the sim was corrupt. No matter what the sim won't load to the site (even if I wait 5 hours...) I have posted on the sims 3 site for help but no replies. So im coming here because it been an issue for months. And yes in the past I have load things in the past to the site without problems before. Any help or idea what could be the issue?

Hello,
There has been something going on with the exchange. It's impossible for a lot of us to download anything useful from the exchange as well.
Perhaps the problems are related.
We'd be happy to hear about any reply you get on the sims3.com.
