I cannot upload my Sims Store.

so, i wanna upload my sims store into the launcher. but it can't. 

before this, it worked.

and now, it didn't work and recently, the launcher couldn't be opened and that's why i would need to use the manual updater.

may i know what's the problem?

my sister and brother keep on whining about the lack of the things in the game and the lack of the town.

perhaps because of the location of the sims 3 base? i dunno

Yes, the launcher *should* come up after several minutes (depending on how many .sims3packs you have installed and your comnputer's performance). But let us know if it doesn't.
