Problem with Custom Content

So, i downloaded a lot of CC and it made my game crash, freeze, lag etc. I deleted all of my CC's and it's working fine now. Whenever i download some CC, it makes my game crash. So, i want to re-install SOME of my custom content again such as the Store sets and the World's. But i'm afraid of the crashing =(

Store sets and Worlds should install fine, especially if they are G4TW downloads. For your other CC there are a couple of solutions available to fix the CC so it will work.

If the CC is store content ( Sims3Pack ) from EA or another site, you can run it through the decrapify program found HERE

If the CC is from other Sims3 sites then you may have to run the Sims3Pack files through the TSR Rigfix found HERE in order to fix the rig of the items so they work with Pets and above.

If any of your CC is in .package format then you should visit those creator's site(s) again and see if they have updated the item(s) for Pets.

The store sets/worlds/items from there will have to be decrappified first so that they will install correctly. You can find the decrapify program in my previous response. The ones from here should install with no problem.

The game is working fine now. But i have one question, the next time
when i'll download CC,i need to decrapify it right? And only some items
didn't appear in the game after decrapifying. So, i guess those items
are corrupted?

Yes, if the files are from that site you will have to decrapify them before installing them in game.

Which Items are not working? If they are new store items they may need to be fixed to show up and/or work properly in game. You can get the store fixes HERE Just unpack the file (WinRAR ONLY) and place the fixes in your Mods folder.

Okay i will do that. And the items that are not installing properly are some hair and furniture's, so what will i do what those?

After you apply the store fixes, try reinstalling the hair and furniture that is giving you the problem. If it still wont install right, try redownloading it from our Mediafire account HERE and installing it.

No, not all of the time and then only Store content needs it. Usually if you get the premium content from us you dont have to decrapify it, some other sites allow the option to DL the decrapified version as well. It just depends on where you get the content from.

Yes, I have yet to have to decrapify G4TW downloads.
