Sims 1: The Complete Collection - Making Magic Error

Hi there,
I was hoping you could help me. I do not know much about gaming or computers, so I am completely lost! haha

When I came across "The Sims 1: The Complete Collection" I downloaded it immediately. I watched the tutorial on YouTube, and followed all the instructions, (It took me awhile to figure out how to even understand the .rar) but whenever I try to play the game, a window that states:
"To continue with installation, please insert Disk 1 of The Sims Makin' Magic into the CD-ROM drive, and press OK."
pops up, and will not go away.

I am using a Windows 7...Hope you can help! =)
