Problem loging online in sims 3. [SOLVED]

Hello there, I first I'm sorry for making a new thread , but I couldn't find a solution about my problem thru your forum or anywhere else.
I have all the sims 3 and the expansion packs install and till yesterday everything was working just fine, well they still do but.I had a blue screen yesterday and since then i have for first time an Error scrip and I need to press yes or no.Never seen that before. Tho I search about around and I found is not really any problem and indeed everything in game works fine, but since that error pop-up I can't log in the profile in game to be online... it is says to me that mail/or pass is invalid. And I know they are correct cuz I put the pass and mail correct since they working on ea forum and they was working 10 mins before the crash..

So if someone can help me it will be welcome cuz I hate when something doesn't work all of a sadden. Thank you in advance!

Also, try logging in via the launcher and then starting up the game.

Yes ofc here is the first error when I open the launcer " border="0" />

The first error is nothing to worry about.
Have you tried logging in via the launcher, prior to starting the game, as I suggested?

Ok before I was always log in through the launcher cuz of pass remembering. Now I just log off and try to log in... and actually nothing happens...Can't log in either through the launcer

Hi again, well I did all the step as they recomment in the other thread, but ,I still can't log in through the launcher.Either through the in-game menu. :/

Hi there well I just remove the Documents\Electronic Arts folder. The think is , I still get the script error , and I still can't log through the launcher or in game...So or the error script is messing with my logging or the prot thingie is down... Something like that... I assume is that cuz I did some research last night in ea forum about the same thing, some ppl had also the same problem, tho not at the same date and all of a sadden they could log in again normal... but the didn't had the error script. So or I have to wait and see or I have to re-install all the game..
Something that I don't want cuz of the lil time xD

Assuming you own at least own of the The Sims 3 games, open up Origin (http://www.origin.com/download) and then log in there.
After logging in, start up the game and let us know the result.

Well i do own The sims 3 and some of the expansions, I also used to play with the origins open, but I try to log at (http://www.origin.com/download) successfully but still no luck to log in game either at the launcher screen.

In mean log in via the Origin launcher window, prior to starting The Sims 3.

Ok let's see if I understand, I have download the origin, and i press the Sims 3 to start through there, I was ofc already log in to the origin, and to the origin site.

I started the game and still can't log in the profile :/ dunno if you was mean for me to log in through the site and not, the origin program xD

I even just change my password to see what it happens.. but still even
with new password, I can't log in the profile at the game... but at
origin or at the sims 3 site I can log normal

I really recommend you contact EA to see what they have to say on this matter.
They have a Live Chat, if that helps.

I'd love to know what they have to say about this.

Hahaha I just own the sims 3 first and one expansion xD not all the sims 3 , but lol I can always try xD.
Tho i don't know how to start the live chat with them

Ok I found it where it is.. but to start the live chat I need to do the correct fill in to open me the correct category for live chat... but everything i try only the mail box is open for me xD.

Ok I have all ready send them an e-mail, and I was sure to not mention anything about the crack and I gave them an short explanation on the situation and about all the steps i have done to try log in.. so we waiting and thank you again guys , u really appreciate all the help you have try to give me ^^
