Here is the house I got built for me. I have now requested a new one to fit in the Monte Vista World! These guys are amazing!

Here's one I've build recently in the world I'm creating:

It's a 2 bedroom cabin. It's not very large or impressive though, I have finished a larger townhouse yesterday and started working on what I think is going to be one of my best houses so far. But no screenshots yet.
Here's the livingroom:

It's very well built but, it seems totally unpractical to me. It would take a sim forever to go anywhere. It looks more like something I'd use as a residence for WA vacationworlds (as a resort) than a house to live in.

Actually, there are 2 staircases and I get easy access to almost any point of the house. Howver, there is a small problem about time as you mention but in no way it is taking forever. I asked the guys to build another house for me now, large too, to fit the Monte Vista world. Can't wait to play it!

....don't tell anyone, but I supposely should test some chairs do to an error on one compilation, however I ended up with building a new house for my sims....and here are some pictures - and I'm building it without any mods, so will send it to Admin when it's done...

I needed a farm, I haven't really seen any one anywhere and I wanted a special look and size. The Lotsize is 64x64

Just place trees and flowers ect and the make the pond as normal.

Well I actually wanted to put this in the exchange section for people to download but apparently I don't have enough post counts to send a pm to @Admin so I'll post screenies here and hopefully an admin will see it and help me get it uploaded Smile

This is the house I curently use which I built, was orginally inspired by a house I saw online but sadly lost the website and can't give the person a mention so If he/she see's this and notices the layout pls say so and provide proof and I'll happily give the deserved mention. I say it's inspired as the original was alot smaller than what I wanted and so I set about rebuilding it from the ground up although the layout of the front entrance is very similar to what I originally saw the rest is my design.

There is custom content in it which like so many people I have so much of it I forget what I used and who's it is so again if you spot your work please say so and provide proof and I will gladly give the deserved credit Smile

All credit for any CC in this house goes to the creator I do not claim any of the content to be my design only the layout and decor. Enjoy

Feel free to open a new topic in the correct Exchange section and post your own download link. (Our own MF server is currently down, we'll contact all content creators when it's finished)
If you can't post links, leave out the dots and then notify a Moderator or Administrator, so we can "fix" the link for you.
