Sunlit Tides: Sauna & massage table has no moodlets.[SOLVED]

I have Sims 3 base game & a few expansions bought, other expansions & stuff packs I've gotten from here. Any time I've run into problems I've used you ultimate fixes, & always works well. So here's my issue now.
I downloaded Sunlit tides, the massage table & Sauna are placed & all sims can use it. The problem I'm running into is it offers no moodlets.
I thought I could use the store fix you posted, however when I was reading the instructions, I dont have any folders labeled mod. So how can I use that fix? Or is there another fix or something I can do? I tried deleting caches, refreshing thumbnails, deleting installed content that had caused problems before. None of that makes moodlets come up.

You need to set up the mods folder. Its very simple to do, first download the framework HERE , Then unpack the file and copy the resulting Mods folder to My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3

Ok, created the mod file, & tried the fix. Worked like a charm! Now I got moodlets. Thanks so much
