my in game collection files won't save

my problem is that when i try to create my own collection files they delete. their working great when i make them and use them in the same game, but when i save the game, turn it off, then start the game again they aren't there. it's so frustrating because i have spent so much time creating these collections and then come to find that they aren't saved or just deleted. any help would be great! thanks

I'll look into this, sounds like a permissions problem.

booellis, can you tell me what OS your running and whether or not the user account has administrative rights please. Also please don't do a repost of your help issue, we like keeping the same issue in one post so that we can keep up with what solutions we have and have not tried. I removed your repost of this issue.
