Sims 3 Pets Ltd Edition pet store question

Hi there =)

Probably a silly question but what, if any, difference is there between the version of the petstore downloadable as part of your release of the ltd edition Sims 3 Pets content (22nd Oct, 2011), and the petstore download available on its own (9th Nov 2011). I noticed the files were different sizes, so wondered if the later one was a fix of some sort.
