My Sims won't let me update? for Supernatural.

This pops up When I try and update my game so I can install Supernatural.

if u install supernatural that will update the game to the latest

Can you copy urls on here? If not I'm screwed cause I'm new and I don't know how to post pictures on here, and It won't let me install because it says I have to install the update first and when I try to, a pop up that says it can't update because of my games location or whatever...

if my email shows on my profile u could do it that way but not sure if it dose, but ive had a problem same as yours b4 now and uninstalled everything then reinstalled them all again installing the latest ep first

Oh... Well I don't have the installation disk for them cause I borrowed them from friiends so it's not like I can uninstall them cause I would be able to get them back and torrents TAKE FOREVER, I just don't have the time for that, and so yes they are all installed..
