"THE SIMS 3 HAS STOPPED WORKING" error. [SOLVED]

Hi all!
I have a problem with the sims 3.
When i load the game i get this error "THE SIMS 3 HAS STOPPED
WORKING" and the game crushes.
This happens since I updated the game to the latest version (1.38) by following your guide.
I installed the manual patch because i got an “Invalid File” error during the update process when i tried to update with the the sims 3 launcher.
ps: I installed supernatural and i've the same custom content.
Please help!

error during the loading screen of supernatural: "THE SIMS 3 HAS STOPPED
WORKING".

I finally solved.
Was caused by Resource.cfg and the hack files to upgrade to the new game patches.
