Game slow after Supernatural expansion

So, I managed to install Supernatural but now all the objects in the house take a lot of time to load I can only see the walls for like a minute. I don't know if I should uninstall or is there a way to solve that. Also the street and the buildings

I guess it depends on your graphics card, what kind of card is it, and are its drivers up to date?
