Sims 3 "unable to start game service initialization failed 0x024e242f" Empty Sims 3 "unable to start game service initialization failed 0x024e242f"

I had no problem starting my launcher but when I started the game this notice came up "unable to start game service initialization failed 0x024e242f" popped up. I went to the registry key to see whether there were any expansion packs that I uninstalled still left in the file but there wasn't. I uninstalled then re-installed the game a couple of times but it still didn't work. So I have no solution left.

Please help, thanks again.

Hello,

That particular error indicates either an outdated crack, or one or more outdated mods.
If you don't have mods, redownload the fix and copy it's crack to the base game\bin.
