Try to turn off in-game store. It can found on settings. Very Happy

In-game Store may cause crashes (@LadyEldi Said it to me when my game crashes)

No it crushes on the supernatural loading screen and a popup say the game is not responding.

This happens since I updated the game to the latest version by following your tutorial.

edit: I tried to load the game without custom content but I get the same error during the loading screen of supernatural: "THE SIMS 3 HAS STOPPED WORKING".
