Wrong Outfit. [SOLVED]

Hi,
I've been playing TS3 for a week now but this problem started yesterday.
so I start playing and everything is fine BUT all my sims are wearing the wrong outfit!
IT'S SO WEIRD!!  
For Example one of them wears formal 4 everyday and another wears sleeping outfit 4 formal and stuff like that.
The other day my sim went to work with PJ!!
Did anything like that happen 2 anybody else?!?!?

Does your sim happen to have the "Insane" trait?

It happens to all my family in all my games and I never choose insane trait so no.

If it's happening in all of your saves, try renaming "Documents/Sims 3" (to whatever you'd like). This will make the game act as though it's a brand new install. Try and start a new game, and play on there for a while to see if it happens still.

If wanna be exact I didn't do anything I just deleted all my saved games and started a complete new game and that fixed it.
