Bluescreen while loading

Hello there!
I have recently instaled The Sims 3 Supernatural.
For the first three times I started the game,everything was OK and I could play normally.
But now,when the saved game is loading,I get a Bluescreen.
Do you think you could help me with this problem? Thank you in advance

Not only I still get the Bluescreen,but also my laptop and the game itself are working much more slowly

Anyhow, how old is your PC? Do you have the same issue with other games?

IF on a laptop; what is your laptop brand and model?

I bought this laptop exactly 2 years ago,and no,I don't have the same issue with other games.
it's a HP Pavilion dv4-2016la.

Please use Speccy (www.speccy.com ) to find out whether it's an ATI Mobility Radeon GPU or an AMD GPU.

AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200,that's what Speccy says.

I think this page has the update for your graphics card.
