Lifetime wish gone? [SOLVED]

I can't choose any lifetime wish? I have all EPs and SPs.. Whats wrong with it? I want a lifetime wish to be fixed..? Help

Try back up and remove this folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
if dont work try step 2 to 5 of https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
Dont skip any steps. Read it very carefully.
