I cant run or update my the sims 3 Pleease HEEELP![SOLVED]

Greetings guys please i need serious help,
To cover all basics like to point out that my games are torrents from piratesbay.
I have these following already installed,
-The sims base game which states the sims 3 tm + Full store update 05.11.2009 [RUS/EN] during installation. And shows 1.79...at the buttom if that counts, i assume its the update version.
-World adventure
-Ambitions
-Late Night
The base game worked perfectly with the world adventure but when i downloaded ambitions and tried to install i was asked to update which i tried to do via my game launcher but after downloading the files it gives me an error about my game not correctly installed, then i googled and downloaded the manual patcher (TS3_1.38.151.0180xx_update.exe). Now i installing it but at the end i got something like error 0x80040702 missing DLL:setup, which i ignored and went ahead and installed ambitions and late night and to my surprise they installed but after installation i cant get the game to work again, when i try my desktop sims 3 shortcut it says "Unable to start game, Your sims 3 base game is incompactible with the current the sims 3 expansion packs, please update your game via launcher which is not really responding well now cos it is not even opening and also when i try opening the expansion pack desktop shortcut i was told to reinstall the base game. I have also tried applying th fix crack files into the corresponding games and tried the manual patcher again but i got the error 0x080040702 missing DLL:Setup.
Please Please help me guys i am really frustrated now and don't know what to do, i have seen posts from people who got their issues resolved here i believe you guys can help me.

i have read that, please what am i doing wrong my games were correctly installed or must i have the generation expansion pack before my game can work?
And another thing is that my base game and aventuer install okay but when i try installing other expansions eg ambitions i'm asked to update which everytime i try to do so i get that error 0x80040702 missing DLL:setup towards the end. Please How do i get past this so as to install the expansions correctly before applying the fix?

Your computer is missing a DLL, Looking like it would have been a issue with Installing The Sims 3.

Would recommend to uninstall, reboot, re-install, and see if that does fix it, if not let us know.

I did a google search for the 0x80040702 error, and a way to fix it is just to put the .dll in the C:\Windows\System32 folder, but if that isn't why The Sims 3 didn't install it in the first place, so if The Sims 3 didn't install several, you'll have to repeat the process of putting files in there over and over.

I have tried uninstalling and rebooting then reinstalling again but the thing is misbehaving..
You mentioned i can download and install the missing DLL:Setup file into my pc to see if it'll resolve it, please how and where do i get it?

Does it say what file is missing? And I'll upload mine and give you the link, also what version of Windows are you using, and is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

okay since the only thing am missing is the new expansion pack i am downloading the generations and supernatural.. the it;s time to uninstall and re install again, i just hope wont get that error again during patching, I'll keep you guys updated thanks for your help.

Oh, use Your Uninstaller for uninstalling, and then ccleaner to make sure you have removed the leftover, before you re-install, since I googled your actually error number and read about it.

Okay i downloaded the latest versions of CCleaner and your uninstaller and with it i uninstalled my sims 3 base game along with the expansion packs.
Below are what i deleted.
-Documents/"Electronic Arts" Folder [DELETED].
-Program files x86/sims3 and world adventure folders.
-Program files x86/Electronic Arts/All the files.
I didn't use Your uninstaller for it cos i downloaded ccleaner first, so i used it to uninstall evrything then manually deleted the folders above.
I Understand there might be some leftover registry so please i'll like to know where to find them so i can purge my system of the sims completely so i can start fresh..

PS. I have downloaded Supernatural expansion pack so now i have.
-The Base Game (1.79)
-World Adventures.
-Ambitions.
-Late Night
-Supernatural.
Am still downloading Generation so in a few hours it'll be done (I'm on a very slow bandwidth)..
There's one other thing i wanna inquire, Is there a specific order i can install them cos before after i install the base game and adventure and try to install ambitions am asked to update which gave me an error, so please advice me on what order is best. I tried the first step 2 (installing the manual patch v1.38) but i get an error stating. "The setup has detected that no version of The sims 3 is installed. The update requires that a previous version of the application be installed.

Well, do you have the base game installed?

So silly of me, No i haven't installed the base game but am doing it as i'm typing now..
One quick question, Should i use the fix before patching the base game or just patch it without any modification.

You should follow these instructions at all time: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly , so use ONLY the "# Crack" part of the Fix after everything is installed and the game is patched, as described on that page.
So you should do everything in this order (steps): install base game, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Okay i am currently re-downloding another manual patcher, and another base game from G4THEWORLD download page so as to cover all possible solutions.
Anyway i have managed to install other expansion packs, supernatural,generations ambitions and late night, though i technically didn't fully patch the game but somehow some parts of the manual patch installed which was why i was able to install the expansions cos they were unable to install without update.
My other inquiry is that some of my expansion games has crack folders with files in them am just wondering if i should copy them in the installed program file or should i ignore it and only use the fix i got here. Am very confused and will need help

Okay i have done exactly as the fix instructed, i copied the files into my gfiles then updated then copied the crack into my base game but now when i try opening the game i get error 0x039e8474 how do i fix this please?

I GIVE UP.... I have tried everything. This game is just too much problem..
