How to update ultimate fix on mac.

Hello!
I downloaded the sims 3 ultimate fix 1.38 for mac
but I do not know what to do when 1.39 ultimate fix be released.
What should I do?
Would I have to reinstall the ultimate fix?
Or I should reinstall all the games again?
I have all the sims 3 games released and only Late Night and Supernatural are downloaded from Games4theworld pirate bay account

You only need to use the 1.39 Ultimate Fix if you have updated your game to version 1.39.
