sims 3 supernatural. [CLOSED]

Ok. i downladed the sims 3 supernatural and i had problems opening it cuz it said disc error.. i did everything right just to find out the reason it wouldnt work was because i had to open it by going to my base games bin folder and click on tsw to open it instead of clicking on the icon on the desktop. now that i got it to open and start...im havin another issue...when i go into create a sim to make my sim i try to make a farie n her wings dont show up nor do they in game play..also my witch doesnt have a wand...anyone know why? How do i fix this?
