The Sims 3 Pets fix help

Hi, so I have the actual The Sims 3 game that I bought, and wanted to install The Sims 3 Pets by torrent. I have it installed from Games4theworld, worked out a few problems by installing fixes. But now I'm having a problem again, when I got to click the play button, it says that I need to insert a disk to play. Well I found a fix for it I think, a guide that explains that I have to open my Sims Pets folder in this .rar file and drag & drop both files in there to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin (SO NOT TO THE EXPANSION’S GAME DIRECTORY!) and choose "Replace" on the pop-up that appears, telling you the files already exist. Well one problem, in my The Sims 3 game folder, there is no "bin folder". Help would be appreciated please.

Are you looking in the wrong directory? The Bin folder is in the Sims folder in My Computer, not My Documents.

Okay I managed to find it by looking it up throughout my whole computer and I put the two files into my bin folder. But it still says No game disk found! Please insert The Sims 3 Pets disc before proceeding.
