Missing Sim Empty Missing Sim

I had a purchased version of sims 3 and a couple of months ago i downloaded a couple of your expansion packs and the ultimate fix. I followed the instructions verbatim and everything worked great until today, my sim literally disappeared. Every time I log onto the Sims interface I only have the option of starting over and I have one of original towns is missing, coincidentally I believe its the town that came free with product registration and the one I used to create my sim.

Is there anyway for me to fix this?

Hello,

Yes there is! Uninstall your version of Riverview and get the sims3pack here and install it. Let me know if that doesn't fix it. You may need to perform another step.
