Start Up Error Sims 3 Ulimate

Hey All

I Followed The Sims 3 Ultimate Fix Guide As I Had A Few Problems With The Game. So I Installed All The Cracks, And No When I Start The Game, It Gets To The Loading Screen Loads All The Way, Then Music Stops And Then Game Freezes Then When You Press Any Key The Game Shuts Off. When I Try And Load The Sims 3 Launcher, I Get The Following Error:



The Error Before I Was Getting This Is My Sim Kept Disappearing and the Pets When Creating A Dog Or Cat, It Was Like A Shadow On The Dog, And The Dogs Or Cats Cant Go In Some Places.

Are you on a limited user account, if you are right-click on it, and Run as Admin.
