"Cannot Find Disk" Problems

Alright, so I know I've done this right because this is the 3rd expansion pack I've installed. I've played my game and I know it works. So I decided to download Generations and add it to my game. I have installed the following:
Pets
Supernatural

Now at first it was just saying that it couldn't find the Supernatural Disk but then once I installed the Fix and the update this changed. Now it says that Pets is not inserted. The icon for Supernatural isn't listed either. What is going on? Sorry if its confusing, I'm just lost, how do I fix this.

Have you applied the last step of the fix?

Same thing has happened with me when I downloaded supernatural, and the link for the Ultimate fix for me wont even work.

I did, the fix never fixed things. However, after uninstalling the sims from my computer and doing them in the right order it ended up working. Dunno why but hope that helps.
