Sims 3 CANT FIND DISK 1 FILE?

Hello, I have downloaded your sims 3 base game and all worked well, I managed to mount and open it, but when it came to installing it asked for disk one. I have mounted disk one and no where it is but can't seem to find it on the browse? Please help. All that's opening up is folders and I'm really confused... How did you guys find it? I have a windows 8 laptop

Hello,
Please do not bump or double-post.
So you mounted both disks?
You need to mount both disks, with two virtual drives.
Then it should appear in th Computer section.
