cant find disk 1 for sims 3

cant find disk 1 for sims 3 Empty cant find disk 1 for sims 3

i have extracted both .iso files to a location on my desktop and whenever it asks for disk 1 the .iso file never shows up in the folder.
any help would be appreciated, and i have teamviewer if that would help too
