Sims 3 Supernatural help

Hello i downloaded the sims 3 supernatural and when i try to click install i get a weird message in a different language please help

Where exactly did you download the game from?

im pretty sure it was from this website

for extra when i just try to download sims 3 from ur website it says :
Setup did not find a file on disk or path specified
check that the proper disk is inserted or specify a new path

insert disc one containing the file

Please re-download the The Sims 3 game from www.games4theworld.org .
After downloading finished, you should have got one .rar file. Open that using only WinRAR - can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org too - and when opened, select all the files in the .rar file and drag & drop them to an empty folder on your Desktop.

From there, start the installation again.

You're missing the "# Installation Guide.txt" and the "# Crack" folder, but that shouldn't be an issue.
