games are updated but unofficial mod still showing [screenshots!]

I have legit base and generations and supernatural and master suite torrents. i just downloaded supernatural the other night and after applying the ultimate fix it worked fine, so i downloaded master suite today... after following the install guide and installing it TO THE T, when i start the game its just a black screen and i have to control+alt+delete which once i do i get the unofficial mods window asking if i want to quit or continue. if i choose continue it just continues the black screen and i have to ctrl+alt+delete to end the program. i've done the ultimate fix for both supernatural and master suite, one on top of the other. my base game is the most current. i've read thread after thread with no real solution. only one i find is make sure game is updated.....? please note i DON'T have mods, you can see this in the screenshots so it's not a matter of outdated out unpatched mods and the fixes i have are the most recent updated on 9-30 per the link https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems so its also not a matter of using an outdated fix...... HELP please???
