Sims 3 Expansions Install Problem

I have downloaded all the expansions from your site. However after I ur.rar them and try to install them it doesn't even load. It tries to open and than closes right away and I can't install. What is going on? Can you help?

Hello,
Open the .rar file you downloaded using WinRar, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (DON'T use any other software, as it'll mess up the files)
When opened, select áll the files in the .rar file and drag & drop them to a folder on your Desktop. When the files are extracted, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop.
Read the included "# Installation Guide.txt" and you should be able to get the game to work.
When you're done installing áll expansions, íncluding Late Night, apply this fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-latest-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
The game should work fine now.
