University Life Torrent Extremely Slow

I've been downloading from several of your torrents of thePirateBay and all of them give 1.0 MB/s downloads pretty consistently, but I've been downloading University Life for hours now and it's reached a maximum of 117 kB/s. Right now it is steadily downloading at 1 kB/s and I'm just wondering if anyone else is getting this issue with this torrent because it might need a re-seed.
