Cannot play The Sims 3 - menu disapperaing

When starting game I start with a town - cliicking "play", town is creating. So far so good.
But no Sims or NPC inside game ;/ When I try to take one family from the box and start playing whole menu disappearing and I only can move world map... I have to force close it with task manager.
