Sims 3 Pets Patch

I've been searching on this website, but I can't find an answer to my issue.
I bought a download version of the Sims 3 base game, and it was updated to the newest version.

but after I downloaded the sims 3 pets from your pirate bay link, and followed directions, I was never prompted to patch to the newest version.
When I tried to play it an error message appeared warning me to patch the pets game to the latest version or there will be serious issues. I quit out of the game, but how can I patch the sims 3 pets version, the launcher is telling me I'm updated, but I know that can't be true.


where can i patch the game? someone please, please Help!

FYI, when I copied the two files from the # Crack .rar file into the
BASE GAME bin folder, a message asked me whether I want to replace the
previous file in the bin folder. I choose to replace, could that be the
root of my issue?

After I do this fix, when another update comes out, will I be able to update automatically with the launcher, or manually update always?

Thinking you can manage to use the update automatically from the launcher but that requires the latest The Ultimate Fix, which by that time, EA will have the manual patch out, which there will be a link from here to it.

The Manual Patch is easier, since the automatically update just has a temporary download, so if you get a invalid file or similar while installing, you'll have to re-download. With the Manual Patch it ignores the invalid files, and just updates The Sims 3.

Now, I'm already starting to download more expansions....should
I be ready to face the same problem and do the steps in the fix again? Or is one time enough?

Also.....I'm downloading the expansions in any order...does that even matter?

Downloading and Installation Expansions doesn't matter on the order.

Will have to apply steps in the Ultimate Fix, so might as well re-apply it while your at it.
