The Sims 3 Ultimate Fix Help

so i followed all the instructions on the video (i cant use the actual instructions because my computer can't decode it) and i got to the part where i have to use the what i am assumeing would be the new cracks for supernatural etc.. and i do not know how am i suposed to go about replacing the files properly because the video does not show it in the same games i do not understand what it is showing. Please help i want to get this running before the storm hits my area and my internet goes down
