How to Download Sims city 4 Deluxe

Ok so since Sims City 5 is coming out next year,i always want to try Sims City 4 first becuase i never ever played Sims City games before and most people say that i should try playing Sims City 4 first so i wanted to,problem is,they don't sell Sims City 4 anymore in my country nor Origin so thats a bummer,i got no choice but to torrent it even though i don't like it but you do anything for your favorite game right? so anyways,i went to the Official G4TW download website and i found Sims City 4 Deluxe,i was so excited,so i click it and it gave me a download,it download finish about 2 seconds so i opened it,it says they can't open the file so i am quiet puzzled,i got WinRAR,so what can i do? G4TW download website is the only place i trust to download games like that since i heard it's safe to download,oh and the mean time,can you show me how to crack the game when the download works? i don't know how to,thank you

You need to open the file you download with a Torrent Client, such as uTorrent.

After the download process finished, you'll have a complete .rar file.
Open that .rar file using ONLY WinRAR (www.games4theworld.org ) and then read the included "# Installation Guide.txt" file on how to install the game.
