Manual Patch won't run. [SOLVED]

I want to use the newest Ultimate Fix, so I've downloaded the manual patch. I followed the instructions on the Installation Guide: I copied Late Night files, yada yada...
But when I want to update my game, the manual patch won't start up. I tried right-clicking and 'run as administrator', but nothing happens.
After approximately 20 minutes or so, a pop-up shows up asking for my permission to run the application. However, after I allowed the patch to run, nothing happens.

How can I fix this...? I can't update my game...

Be sure to get the manual patch from exactly the link described there. It might take a (long?) while to open, just be patient.

I think my main problem is the fact that my computer freezes whenever I try to run the patch ._______. It's really annoying. I have to end the process with task manager on every instance, and I still can't update.

I don't know why it freezes. (Do you have a clue?) Thanks for your reply anyway.
