Help! Manual patch. [SOLVED]

How do I install the manual patch?

I did step 10 on the Ultimate Fix but when I went back to the launcher to try and update it wouldn't do it. I then downloaded the manual patch, and I have no idea on how to install it.

Doubleclick the Manual Patch, then it should start up

I have an extractor so when I double click it, it opens up in winrar with all of the files and everything showing. It doesn't immediately start installing the patch.

The Manuel Patch souldn't be wrapped in a .RAR and not files - as in more than one.
But just one program called TS3_1.39.3.0180xx_update.exe
