Text missing

Hey!
Installed game 2-3 days ago, followed all the instructions by the letter. (tho i added some cracks while download, but i did the fix right and put the files right after..) All downloaded from this site.
Have all expancions exept generations, i had problems with the save earlyer so i left that off... (ea bug) fix for that found?
No mods etc.
Got my game up to date, have the ultimate fix
Installed in english (tryed from the regedit and uninstalled base game, restarted comp and installed again in us english, updated and added crack from the fix) and yet still got the same problem.
No text in the start of the game. Some option text are missing too, i tryed to make a sim but the sim didnt appear..
I tryed to find answer from the topics, some options i found and tryed, but nothing seems to work..
Plx help me! :'(

Yep, i did that ones before and did it again. Problem still remains...
Oh and i noticed when i try to start the game from the "TS3.exe" file it wont start (but TS3W.exe does work, no text appear), i have to start the louncher first?
Seems like its my bad/mess up "facepalm",but help me.. I realy did like it sould in the instructions..

You don't need to start from the launcher. The launcher eventually uses the same TS3W.exe once you click the "play" button.
Ok try this: Go to Documents\Electronic Arts. Backup and remove the folder The Sims 3. Now start the game to see if it makes any difference. If it does, you can move your saves, downloads and mods (if you have any) folders to the new The Sims 3 folder.

Did it, didnt work. Deleted whole folder and started, still no text..
And earlyer i ment that the "ts3.exe" wont start if try.. it does start from the louncher (dont know if its realy ts3.exe or ts3w.exe thats realy starting when i start from the louncher) but the "direct link" ts3.exe isint working but the "ts3w.exe is working direct.. Dont know if that helps anyway...
now i started it from ts3w.exe direct link

Hello,
TS3.exe only works if you have just the base game. It's a left over junk icon really, from before Generations.
I think the final solution is a complete reinstall, unfortunately.
