Sims 3 stops working..

Hello,
I just got a recent problem with my Sims 3 Game after I have followed the guide to properly install sims 3 and use the ultimate fix. I have just recently bought the Sims 3 Base game and I have all the Expansion/stuff packs(torrented). I correctly followed your guide to installation and ultimate fix, and It did go well to run the game, but when I place a Sim/Family into a house, My sims 3 game just stops working. I also have encountered the same problem when I try to load my backup saves before i bought the base game (I had a torrented one before). It goes to the loading bar, then immediately says my Sims 3 game stopped working.
-Can you guys help me with my Problem ? I really do appreciate of you help.

Recent Found: I just found out recently that I was able to access one of my saved games further enough to examin anything that gone wrong. I think i see a problem. My pet was distorted. When I close up onto my pet, My game just stopped working. I am guessing that the distortion of my pet is causing my game to stop working or, the pets expansion. Any clue to fixing this?

My graphics driver is up to date, And I will try to run the game without mods/CC. I will let you know the results as soon as its done

Recent Update:
I just tried running the game without mods/CC, and the Problem still exist. My sims 3 still stops working after either going into live mode after I have placed a sim into a house, or continuing my last saved game.

Hey,
I just tried making a new Sim and a new save data/ world for me to play in and wow, my game worked perfectly. I will test it further to see if the problem still exist with new save games, but my previous save games dont work properly. I guess from now On, ill just remake my sim and relive a new life in sims.
