Help, Problem! Sims 3 Crashes when loading.

Everytime I go to go on sims 3, I get so far as loading my family and then half way through the process it crashes and says its 'stopped working' and then goes off!

I need to get it working, before seasons comes out this week! HELP!

Don't forget to precise what games you have installed, if they are up to date, and if you installed any CC or mods lately, because otherwise, nobody will be able to help you :/

I have all the games and some mods, Im thinking of getting rid of my mods and starting again with them anyway

It was a MOD problem, I just renamed my folder and its solved, looks like I'll have to spend some time sorting out what is causing the problem!

Hello,

Just put them back one by one, or in small groups (depending how many you have) and test the game after adding each group. Once your problem returns, you can easily narrow down which mod is the cause.
