And it's also helpful in case I delete my bookmarks on accident...

I'm pretty plain, I just download the free stuff from Thesimsresource.

A lot of CC, especially from unknown artists, can cause severe lag and problems to the game.. personal experience 
So all I am using is the official Sims 3 Store items and nothing created from someone else.
