Seasons Loading Problem

It installed and updated fine, but when I press play it just loads up a blank screen, also sometimes I can hear the loading music so it sounds like its loading I just can't see anything and sometimes can't hear anything. So i tried changing the screen resolution and the same thing happened, so I applied the ultimate fix and updated it manually and still the same thing, my graphics card is upto date and I have more than enough memory. I have also removed all my previous saved contents. I don't know what else to do? Any suggestions?

2. Your operating system.
3. 32- or 64-bit.

Also, do you have any Mods or Custom Content?
Try backing up and removing this folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
