Seasons crashes after loading a save file/starting a new game?[SOLVED]

I've searched high and low for a solution for my problem, but no one seems to have the exact problem I'm having.

I recently downloaded G4TW's Supernatural crack and was very pleased with it, so I decided to grab your Seasons crack, too. However, after I installed the crack (which went perfectly fine) I started up the game, and after I selected a save file to load, right after the loading bar filled completely, it crashed to the desktop and I got a window that says The Sims 3 has stopped working.
I already tried the Ultimate Fix*, my game is 100% updated, but I still have the issue, even when I attempt to start a new game (in that case, it crashes while loading CAS). Any ideas? :S

* As a side note, I don't really get how the Ultimate Fix works. What's the point of adding the files located in the expansion pack folders to the bin folder, then replacing them with the files in the #crack folder, which (I think...) are the same files? I figured I'd ask, because I don't know if I just didn't do it right, or if using the Ultimate Fix is really that confusing lol. Also, does the fact that my game was already updated before using the UF effect it? Because I recall a step that asked to update the game prior to copying the #crack folder files, but it was already updated.

And yes, I do have CC, but I had no problems with it when I got the Supernatural crack, so I don't believe it's the culprit.

Blah. Looks like I don't have the system requirements to run it. Oh well, I'll just have to wait until I upgrade from this crappy laptop of mine.

Hm... it still crashes, even after uninstalling Seasons.

Cezra31: Yep, I did everything the list suggested I do, but no luck.
Lady ElDi: Good point! I know I've had troubles with patches crashing my game before, but it was before I tried any of the G4TW cracks. I only gave Generations and Supernatural, so I don't think the EPs are putting too much stress on my system.

Who knows. I'll cross my fingers and when there's a new patch/update I'll try using the crack again.
