Game Never loads after installing Seasons?

I've downloaded and installed the Seasons expansion, and its been updated to the latest version and everything according to the ultimate fix. but the game doesn't want to load and I can't even get to the loading screen without it just freezing and I have to go to Task Manager to close it (It says that the program is "Not Responding" btw). How do I say this, once I launch it the screen turns black and my cursor is that loading cursor.

i have that issue also,have since seasons launched,it appears seasons requires a little power graphic power than all the other eps did,and some computers cant load seasons because of it,i can get pass the main loading screen,but when i try to load a world to start a new game,forget it!!i cant get it loaded..

yes but i uninstalled everything in the sims 3 folder in my documents,and tried to start a new game after that,and no luck!!.you know when you start a new game and pick the world you want and you get that loading screen??it takes 45 mins to about an hour for that meter to fill up,and when it loads up the thing just stalls.never had that issue on any of the other eps before..

i already have game booster,and tried that also,and it still stalls on the same loading screen,on all the other eps the laoding screens only took 10 mins tops to load,but seasons took forever,and never did completely load.

Please try backing up and removing this whole folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
Back it up and then right-click on the folder and choose "Delete".
