Sims 3 Expansions Issue

Hello,
I have currently installed the sims 3 on my cmputer and it runs beautifully ( thank you!!!!) I also have the seasons expansion pack and that works awesome too. However, everytime i download and install an Expansion( Supernatural, High end loft stuff, Katy Perry Treats) The sims 3 launcher loads up i click play and then it says " The sims 3 has stopped responding" and then closes. I would really like to use these expansions. I dont know if maybe i have to download the expansion and apply them in order or what. Please understand i have done everything correctly and have made sure of this. Please help me if you can. Thank you!

It doesn't matter what order you install them in.
Related to the #Cracks in the folders, are you using them or using the Ultimate Fix? Since older expansions have outdate cracks, since they are related to the patch version. So every #Crack Folder is outdated besides Seasons.

I just downloaded; Supernatural again along with Ultimate Fix. I will try to do the ultimate fix to the superantural EP. if it doesnt work i will reply to the post

What Patch version you at? Have you updated after you installled Supernatural, might still only be at 1.38, Which need to be at 1.42 for the latest Ultimate Fix to work.
