Game Crashes at Loading a Save File [SOLVED]

Hi,
So after i applied everything in how to install TS3 properly, the game was working fine until the part i have to load a save game.
My save game was Riverview, hadn't tried starting a new game yet.
It's normal first but when the loading bar reaches halfway, the game crashes.

I tried searching this forum for someone with similar problems, but i didn't find one topic.
I was just trying out Patch 1.42 cracked with Ultimate Fix when the game crashed.

My OS is Windows 7 64 bit.

Anyhow, do you have any Mods or Custom Content?

Yes, i'll try removing them and tell you of it works.
EDIT:
The loading bar works fine at halfway when i deleted my outdated mods but it freezes at like 97% of the loading bar

Hello,

Try backing up and removing this folder: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 completely.

Now restart the game and see if it does load now.

I tried it on a 2nd edition of Sunset Valley (downloaded from Sims 3 forums)
It loaded, unlike SV.

So i've fixed my problem about the loading screen and i'll make a new topic if i encounter anything else.
